The Elemental Metal Hub has launched the second round of Business Interaction Vouchers (BIVs), designed to accelerate innovation in environmental metal processing, industrial biotechnology, and circular economy solutions.
Funded through the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) Engineering Biology Mission Hub Programme, part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), these vouchers support high-impact partnerships between UK industry and Elemental academic members.
What’s Available?
- Up to £50,000 per project
- 100% full economic cost (including VAT)
- Industry contribution: 20-50% (cash or in-kind)
Whether you’re exploring an early-stage idea or advancing a commercially mature innovation, BIVs are designed to de-risk collaboration and unlock new opportunities.
